Topic: Daniel’s Dose: Adventure 15- God Reveals…

Bible Reading: Daniel 4

Verse(s) for the day: Daniel 4:10-17 (NKJV)

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen! How are you doing? I pray your day is off to a great start! Today, we are embarking on another journey through Daniel’s Dose. We would be exploring the theme; “God Reveals!” Once again, I would like to use this opportunity to show gratitude you! Yes, you! Thank you for spending time on these messages. God richly bless you! I pray that these messages have inspired you and taught you many great things, about your walk with God.

If you have any questions or contributions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us!

Let us get right into today’s message.

Have you heard of the phrase, “God reveals to redeem!” I am sure many of us have! Well, that is very true. Before, we encounter something or a situation, God tells us ahead of time! God has many ways of informing us! He can do it through His Word, through a dream or even through a conversation with someone. God can lead a prophet to reveal them to you!

The most important question is, what do you do when God reveals something to you? Do you pray about it? Or do you just leave it to chance? Do you react to it? Or do you believe that God has got you covered? Today’s message is a very short one. It is to remind you of God’s power and might over your life. However, it is also to show God’s love for you.

God reveals things to us because He loves. He is equipping us to face a particular challenge, situation or issue. Do not take these things for granted. What do you or do not do, shows God’s power over your life! Depending on the revelation, you may need to pray, asking for God’s mercy or you may need to obey the steps He has ordered you to take.

Take a look at Nebuchadnezzar, once his dreams were revealed and interpreted for him, he believed that his own might and power was greater than God’s. In the end, he had to go through a difficult situation before He realized God power. Then, he was restored back to his position/ kingdom.

Many Christians act like Nebuchadnezzar. When something is revealed to us, we either think that we have the power to overcome the obstacle or we have this belief that once God has revealed something to us, He has solved the problem! No! God reveals so that we may act on it. Action means prayer! Action means obedience!

Do not be like Nebuchadnezzar! Do not test the power of God! Do not be comfortable with your earthly power! God’s power is a million times stronger and greater! You can and should never underestimate it. He is the way, the truth and the life. All that you are, all you have, belongs to Him. He can decide to take it away. He wants you to have it! That is why you do! Never take God’s words for granted! God always reveals to redeem!

This is piece is a very short and straight-to-the-point piece. However, I know that the Holy Spirit has spoken to you. I am not sure who this message is for; I know that you are touched and encouraged by it.

Prayer points:

  1. Pray for the infilling of the Holy Spirit.

  2. Pray asking God to equip you and strengthen you

  3. Pray asking God to help you to subdue your flesh and earthly things.

  4. Pray asking for strength to stay focused on God.

  5. Thank God for the opportunity to get closer to Him.

  6. End by just worshipping and praising Him.

Today’s prayer:

Dear Lord,

I thank you for my life. I thank you for giving me another beautiful day. I ask that you guide me and protect me. I pray that I will choose you in every situation that I face. And that my life will be a testimony and an example to many that I have Christ living in me. Thank you, Lord, for sending your son to die on the cross and wipe my sins away. I lift your name high for you are Alpha and Omega. Amen!

Today, remember that, “God reveals…” and He reveals to redeem. Enjoy your redemption today! Act of God’s Word! Do not rely on yourself or your earthly possessions! Get in tune and in line with God! God bless!

IMPORTANT NOTE!!!

The prayer below is for anyone who does not know God or maybe has been apart from God for a while. God is here to pour His favor over your life. All you have to do is call out to Him. Make that decision today!

Dear Lord,

I come to you today as a sinner. I admit that I am a sinner. I believe that Jesus is your Son and He came on to this earth to die for my sins. Dear Lord, let your Son come and fill me. Lord, I ask that He cleanses me off my sins. I am ready to stand for you and profess your Name. Thank you, Lord. Amen.

If you repeated this prayer with all the sincerity of your heart, congratulations!! You are now a part of God’s family.  Welcome to the greatest family ever. Heaven is jubilating on your arrival. Your fellow brothers and sisters are also excited to have you on board.

Being a child of God is a wonderful thing. The road might not always be easy, but God is with you each and every step of the way. Guiding you, helping you and encouraging up. You will never regret this decision; I can assure you of that. Two things I would recommend for you to do are;

  1. Get yourself a Bible (in a version you understand) and meditate on it day and night. In Joshua 1:8, we are told that when you meditate on the Word day and night, you will be prosperous and successful.

  2. Find a Bible- believing church to attend and fellowship with other Christians. This would help you grow spiritually.

I am excited that you made this decision. Welcome! If you would like some help or more understanding into anything, you can leave a message (adding your email address) and I would be willing and happy to help you out!
